Thank you so much for visiting my web site and learning all about Serenehaven B’nB. It has always been my ambition to combine my love of nature and my healing skills into a vehicle to delivery hospitality and wellness to all of my friends that I have yet to meet!

A great deal of effort has been placed into making Serenehaven a soothing, healing and comforting environment that eschews harmful chemicals and artificial products.

That’s why you’ll find only 100% organic fabrics as well as all-natural wood, glass and metal furnishings and decorations throughout the Inn. And it’s also why everything in the Inn has been precisely selected, placed and decorated to conform with the principles of Feng Shui. This is ideal for those who have chemical sensitivity or those who support green environments.

In 2004, after 3 years of renovation and careful planning, I opened my Bed and Breakfast business in Hillsborough, NH and combined it with a healing work center. I love making my guests comfortable in a safe environment and serving delicious meals; especially the gourmet bakeries and goodies.

Operating the Inn also enables me to teach one-on-one or offer workshops helping people shift their perspective in a positive healing way. There is no requirement to participate in any of my sessions in order to be a guest at Serenehaven. Guests are welcome to come and spend their time any way they choose! I don’t approach anyone about my healing services unless I am specifically asked to by the guest.

Many of my guests come here not only to relax and bathe themselves in the Inn’s natural energy and to enjoy the mountainous country atmosphere; they also come for to receive my healing sessions using one or more of the accepted techniques that I have mastered.

When you are trusting your health and spiritual welfare to someone else, it is important that you know enough about that person to be sure that they are worthy of your trust. That’s why I want you to know a bit about me so you can make an informed decision.

Since 1995 I have been providing sessions using my psychic abilities through one or more of the following: shamanic work, channeling, Reiki, distance Reiki healing, medium, spiritual and intuitive counseling, past life regression, readings channeling, and soul retrieval. I have my Masters of Education from Boston University and my Bachelor of Science in Linguistics from Northeastern University where I graduated with honors. My emphasis was on American Sign Language (ASL) as a second language requirement and my minor was in Anthropology.

I am also an ASL/ESL/Deafness consultant and Freelance CDI (Certified Deaf Interpreter). Since 1980 I have been involved in providing tutorial assistance to those who want to develop their skills and knowledge that leads them to become a successful interpreter. From 1992 through 2000, I was an Assistant Director at University of New Hampshire at Manchester where I developed and supervised the ASL program for the students who either take ASL courses to fulfill their foreign language requirement or who participate in the interpreting program.

In addition, I worked as an American Sign Language instructor at various colleges and ended up working for the University of New Hampshire at Manchester for 8 years. All in all I have a total of 20 years of experience in teaching ASL I-V and Culture courses to adults.

In 2000 I developed Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS), also known as Environmental Illness (EI). As a result of that illness, I reached a crossroad where I needed to make a life-changing decision. After much prayer and self-searching I was led to the decision to leave my academic career and move to Serenehaven. This turned out to be an enormous blessing as I was finally able to realize my true calling of being a healer and Innkeeper. After renovating the Inn, and creating a chemical-free environment, I opened Serenehaven to the public in 2004.

My spiritual beliefs are vast. To be more specific -- I believe in the Universe; we are all one: ascended masters, angels, spiritual realms, medium, shamans, Buddhism, Jesus, Kuthumi, higher, middle and lower worlds. Pretty much all walks of life….you name it, I support whatever is for our highest good.

But I suppose the most important thing for you to know is that Serenehaven is a wonderful place to visit. Whether you want to meet new people, be alone, explore, stay in your room, go out on the town, or explore healing and spiritual services – you’ll find it all here.
